I open my eyes from a not-at-all-deserved afternoon nap. My first impulse? Look at my phone.
Oh, my screen guard is getting kind of scratched, I’ll have to go get a new one. On second thought, if I do go to the market, maybe I can practise my driving…it doesn’t matter if I almost ran over those two pedestrians that day, does it? DOES IT!
Okay calm down, they didn’t get hurt, stop panicking. Oooo that reminds me, I haven’t had pancakes in quite some time, and I have that new recipe from the Youtube channel of that guy with the annoying voice. Speaking of, where is my neighbour nowadays, has she stopped her singing lessons? A good riddance for all mankind I would say.
Omg what is that smell, is something burning? Damn I kept the milk on the gas by mistake, I just wanted to thaw it out for my pancake mix. I became too invested in reminiscing about Shreya’s screeching rendition of Barso Re Megha.
…my parents are never going to let me take out the car now 🙁
